A lifelong Chicagoan and real estate broker with @properties Christie’s International Real Estate, Crystal brings a deep understanding of Chicago’s Northwest Side and surrounding suburbs, along with extensive real estate and sales expertise. After building her career alongside one of the top-producing teams on Chicago’s Northwest Side, Crystal took the next step in 2025 and launched The Crystal McCarthy Group. What started as an exciting new chapter has grown into a team built around the same values Crystal has always brought to her business: personal service, honest communication, strong negotiation, creative marketing, and treating every client like they truly matter.

Having grown up on Chicago’s Northwest Side and now raising her own family here, Crystal knows these neighborhoods on a personal level—not just as a Realtor. She has an eye for design, staging, and marketing and loves helping sellers showcase what makes their home special. As a mom of twins, including a daughter with special needs, she also understands firsthand that finding the right home can mean considering so much more than bedrooms and bathrooms. Schools, community, accessibility, lifestyle, and the way a home functions for a family all matter.

Outside of real estate, Crystal loves exploring Chicago’s restaurant scene, spending time with friends and family, supporting organizations close to her heart such as Special Olympics, and hanging out with her Goldendoodle, Mabel.
